This says “for men”. why is that? because it’s cheap? or because it’s small? thanks.

Hi M Prob says for men because it’s primarily for tools on a work site. It’s well made , double X sewn corners, and not small at all. My size 11 high tops fit in the bottom side by side. I use it as a Gym Bag daily, and convert it to use as a small carry on when I fly. Last week. Has a Hard shell bottom to extend the lifespan. Aloha from Maui. 🏄♂️

Is this tool bag waterproof?

Yes, it is made of high-density waterproof Oxford cloth with PE plastic board on the side. As long as it is not put into the water as a whole, no water will enter the bag.

Is the waterproof performance of the tool bag good?

Sorry I don't know. I bought this as a gift for someone. But what I can say is that it looks like good quality so I would say that the water proof performance should be good.
