Most likely. It's getting harder to find cheap, plastic items like these made anywhere other than Asia.

Can i fit a single water bottle in it?

I just tried a 16.9 oz bottle inside my clear bag and it fit fine. Depending on what other items you have in your bag you should be able to get a bottle a little larger.

How to clean it, mine came with some spots that are not coming off with a wet cloth?

Maybe try soap and water or a cleaning spray like lysol or maybe windex
