Rich Chocolate is the best.
I've tried two of the flavors and let me tell you than vanilla is the worst flaavour. Good for rich Chocolate you won't regret it. I regret buying vanilla flavor as it doesn't have much taste to it.

Sides effects are dangerous
Worst item, hard to digest, my knee joints are paining after taking this. I can't continue after 3 days due to this. Waste of money. MB gainer banana flavour suits me. Thanks
