Can you say "Sucks?" Sure you can.
This is a poorly designed product. The male threads on the extension are much shorter than the female threads on the valve body, so the extension can't really be tightened so it will stay connected. The extension disconnects regularly. Actually, I never understood how the extension is supposedly better than no extension. Didn't these people ever hear the saying: if it ain't broke, don't fix it?I've used this item for about five months and I can't even connect the extension finger-tight; it doesn't tighten at all.

Lever sticks after a while.Coupling is cumbersome and unnecessary.Clip for sustained spray broke offLong nozzle requires care to not inadvertently step on and bend it.It does spray forcefully but will not remove Texas clay from your boot.Then again nothing but a power washer will do that.

Poor design, difficult to use.
The leaver to press to use the spray is only effectively 1.5 inches long and so only 2 fingers fit on it. This makes it difficult to use for very long. To be comfortable it needed to be at least twice this length. The whole thing is made of metal and so the temperature of the water is transmitted to your hand. If you use hot water it too hot and very cold water makes you hand very cold. It does create a powerful spray.
