When i received the product one of its beads was broken or damaged, many had cracks over them, but i exchanged it, and the delivery guy took the damaged one back, and gaved me the new one. Here's the image and video of that bracelet. Its Phenomenal and ecstatic. Really Loved it, they sent me the second one with no cracks and damages on any of the beads of the bracelet.

Very poor quality of band. Even after wearing and handling very carefully, it got torn within a month.
