The mount itself is great. It has an extremely wide range of adjustment and completely resolved the angle issues that I was dealing with when using the OEM Google Nest magnetic mount. The adjustments are easy to make and when locked down the camera is very secure.As with most aftermarket mounts in this price range, though, the included screws are absolute garbage. Even when pre-drilling pilot holes the heads stripped when drilling - despite having turned down the torque to try and prevent it.Overall this is a great mount at the price, but would strongly suggest buying higher-quality screws for a few bucks and throwing the included ones directly into the garbage.

Uodate May 5, 2022,I tried this on a diffrent camer and is seems to be working. So i ended using it on both cameras. It work as it should. Therefore i am giving five stars. Definitely a good buy.I am finding Google customer service isnt that great. Everytime call they do nothing but blame something else or the buyer or another product that isnt theirs. All they want to do is sell me stuff. Their customer service is not in the united states. So i debating on returning all my cameras.As soon as i set up camera on the arm it stopped working. Google customer support said this item is not supported. It has to be on the magnet. I guess I'll be returning this. If i can't use with the magnet.I would've given it 5 stars if it worked with my nest indoor/outdoor camera

Purchased one package of these wall mount holder for my google nest cameras. It was easy to install, and they have been working efficiently since May. It has been 4 months since and I don't have any complaints, keep the cameras on the same position w/o losing tension.I do recommend this product.

Just installed these, while their main function of a hard mount works good, I also had the issue of the Google Home cameras not working when mounted. If you look at the app, you are told the camera is off the base. All I did was take the magnetic base and put it back on the camera while it was mounted and it worked again.The seller should mention the need to re-attach the base for future sales. Possibly providing a small magnet wired to the mount that will bypass the shutoff function of the camera and act as its own, lower profile magnetic base.

Not easy to adjust especially... well at each adjustment point... there are two. From screwing the pin on the mount into the camera and then trying to secure the little plastic knurled piece to secure it to trying to set the angle on the mount and tighten it is a nightmare with the metal on the bracket and the metal on the lock down piece hanging up while tightening is not an easy process.
