So I recieved a call from them asking me my preference for the carpet .I was told the pros and cons for wollen and the other .I had one instruction that the carpet look exactly the same as the picture .It doesn't .The carpet is soft looks pretty but it doesn't not have the black edge shown in the picture and definitely not the same.That makes me unhappy call me spoilt but I want to get what is shown to me .The picture is why I ordered the carpet in the first place .To the person who called me .First I want what is shown in the picture for the price that is quoted .If something is shown don't call me and tell me to buy something else a little more expensive but better quality .You can have a separate listing for the same so that we can buy according to our budget .I bought in total 3 carpets .
