I ordered this a few months ago I had some health problems and did not get to use it for a while.My wife's front breaks went out on her truck and I used it to take the passenger side tire off. And it done wonderful, but that was it? It has not worked since and I don't know how to replace it. I usually do not have a problem with anything that I buy from there. But this something is wrong from the factory. And I just wish one time in my life. They would make it right, thank you.

Worth it buy it durable, easy to use. Good power, lightweight feels amazing not having sore arms, you can get done alot faster with the speed and ease of use.

Not the best quality but does the job for a hobbyist.
lightweight, includes 2 batteries, no light on charger or battery to indicate when charged, light is in the handle.. Battery fell off the handle 20 times and had to hold it firm against the contacts for it to work., then miracuously stayed on and worked okay, Initially had to keep pushing the battery in to maintain contact with the wrench. Took the lug nuts off my Lexus without a problem. So it did perform as an impact wrench.
