I bought the 36" board. It is great and of high quality.Unfortunately I didn't receive the clear pieces with the board and carrying case so it isn't useful.One star for now, but complete the transaction you billed me in full for and we can talk on that I'm sure...Pieces came right away, thanks Staunton.

Oh, thank you so much! Top quality! Large board and pieces, nice bag and delivery seems to go anywhere in the world :) I'm from Russia, received my order almost on time (with a slight delay, which doesn't matter) and am very glad. I'd also like to suggest an idea for improvement of the construction: include a special overlay on the clamps on the edges of the board with letters from left to right from h to a and with numbers from bottom to top from 8 to 1, so you can look the games for both sides

Excellent!
I advise two chess clubs, one of them had a demo board and I decided to order one for the other group. I thought I was ordering the same size, but ordered the larger one. It is awesome! I use it to demonstrate to a group of students, and the larger size makes it easier for more kids to see. This is great!

Where are the pieces?
As soon as the package arrived, I was excited to open it up. I rolled out the board, and it looks fantastic; exactly what I was hoping for! But when I went to look for the plastic pieces, I found they are missing. I teach a chess elective at a local high school, and I was looking forward to using this in class for setting up tactics and going over openings with them. Without those plastic pieces though, this just won't work. I'll likely have to return and get a replacement that actually comes with the pieces.I've removed 1 star for every piece that's missing, but I can't get lower than 1.
