This French press is a solid choice for brewing a delicious cup of coffee. The design is aesthetically pleasing with a subtle elegance. The construction is robust, with a sturdy handle that feels secure and comfortable to hold during the brewing process. The large chamber provides ample capacity for multiple servings, easily accommodating enough coffee for 2-4 people. While the press effectively filters the coffee grounds, I did notice some minor debris in my brew. This may be attributed to the grind size rather than a flaw in the press itself. Overall, this French press delivers on its promise of functionality and style. It's a reliable and aesthetically pleasing addition to any coffee lover's kitchen.

Since I was able to snap this French press up for the cost of taxes (as a Vine product), I took a risk on it. Here's what I don't like: The plastic holder for the glass- as I expected- can hold water in between the plastic and the glass. This can harbor mold as a result. Also, the plastic itself is not desirable- metal or glass would be healthier materials. Especially when putting plastic near heat, that is particularly of concern from a toxicity standpoint. Having plastic at the top of the hot coffee is not something I recommend. Fortunately, the metal doohinkey from a previous French press fits this product, so I was able to address that concern. Also, this is only about $5 less than French presses that are all glass and metal, so I would opt for those over this item. What I like: The glass is sturdy. This is functional. It works interchangeably with my French press doodads. We use French presses for 3 different things a day, so this has had quite a work out, to which it has held up well. Would I buy it? No, for the reasons I listed above. :)

Not bad. I love how you can remove the glass carafe from the sleeve. Easy to clean
