The media could not be loaded. Product has defects, cracks, unsuccessfully repaired with m-seal like adhesive. The hole, tank and the package at the bottom are wet.

First of all I was so relieved when such a heavy thing arrived my home safely. Next day when the installer unpacked, I was amazed to see the foolproof way of packaging and the materials used to pack. I was really glad to see the sparkling white commode. It is so beautiful. Only thing that it is a bit heavy to handle before installation.
