works well, but no instructions.
This packer worked well. However, there were no instructions, diagrams or anything that showed how to use it. I had to go back online and watch a video of how to set it up properly. After that it worked fine. If instructions had come with it I would have given it a five.

Looks good, Not useable
This is the lowest I have ever rated a purchase. This grease gun has all of the features and design I was looking for. The design and general build seem to be very good, but a couple of the minor parts make it worthless. That is why I rate it as crap. First the loading of the cartridge went fine until I tried to release the plunger to push it in. The release was frozen. I needed to tap the plunger release with a hammer to free it up. Even then it was necessary to twist and pound on the plunger to get it in. Maybe it will free up with use, maybe! Getting it primed was easy. Then it was time to see if it would get grease in a grease zert. It went on fine, but getting it off was impossible. Usually a screw driver works, but not on this grease end. After loosening the end up it was still stuck. In yanking it around I snapped off the zert. Had to take the end completely apart and put it in a vise to get the broken end out. Will find an old end, use up the grease. In the decades of greasing I have never snapped a zert. Now that needs to be fixed. Save time and money and buy another brand.

It works great
I use this to grease my miniature hit and miss engine. It works great and I'm sure if you have a real use for this it will do the job perfectly fine.

When you need to grease very small things & Areas
I mostly bought this to grease my pneumatic angle grinders, they have a small ball grease fitting and this fits perfectly and fills the head of the gears perfectly

Hard to push
Really stiff, had to use vise. Do these free up after a few uses?
