It has large capacity which is what I was looking for. But it does not fully close (air leaks) and when pouring the coffee drips/leaks.

Bad product, I received used one . Really disappointed.

I bought two products one is 750 ml and another one is 2 ltr. The small one is not retaining heat. The second products top got damaged and contacted the customer service. I am ready to pay for the service. They replied as the hydra products are non serviceable and only option will be replaced under warranty. Now it's a waste of money for me.

First 3/4 days it’s work to keep the water hot. After it’s totally not working. I don’t recommend and I am requesting to Amazon for return. Thank you

This is nice product. It keeps hot liquid for more than 20 hours. I recommend buy this as it is nice and quality and other features are unique and good.
