Three nights and clear
They were easy to use. Found they could be a little stay here so wore socks with them. By the third night in the morning the pad was clear rather than black

Thank you,the footpads seem to be doing their work,only been using them for 3 nights,but the resulting pads,in the morning,are incredibly black! I also seem to sleep better,too. Will continue to use them,probably order more,thank you again
