Just received it and used it to make pork chops and Brussel sprouts on the grill last night. It tasted awesome! Read the directions and do the prerequisites they suggest to get the grill and griddle prepared, as well as the "dry run". After making a mess of it everything cleaned up exceptionally well and easy. It was the first time, but hoping the trend continues. If it does I will be more than happy with the price vs use. Side note, even though it has a fan for smokeless cooking, the odors are still strong if used inside. There is no carbon filter, just a fan to keep things moving...

This is a nice piece of equipment. It is very easy to take apart and clean, which is a bonus. I found that if I hung around 350° for meats that they seared perfectly. I'm going to be using this a lot

I had to get a replacement for the first one I ordered because the heating element would not heat up.Amazon was very quick in sending me a new one on its place.This grill is awesome! When cooking on it there is no smoke and all the grease collects in the drip pan.The griddle is great for frying eggs,bacon and making pancakes.I highly recommend it.

Exactly the same as the Power XL smokeless grill, but much less expensive. Previously owned the Power XL grill on which the power swith broke after several uses and the warranty had expired.

My fiancé loved the smokeless grill! He has been using it almost nonstop!! The grill truly makes the food just as if it were on an outside grill!

This would have been great but it got to hot and burned beyond repair. Contacted the seller and they were unresponsive. Never tried to at least refund or replace the grill. I lost my money and had to trash this grill. It wasn't inexpensive. If you want a better quality grill that won't burn.... purchase from a seller that will work with you. They are very unprofessional. Quoting that they will work with anyone.

This was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They say it works great. Definitely nice for cooking indoors during the winter.
