when i received this the top piece popped off coming out of the box. Lighter works just unfortunate broken before using

Now that I am a pipe smoker, I enjoy the use of a lighter designed for it. Removing the old insert from one of favorite lighters it has a new life and lights up smooth.

Works well, but the butane option is way better. This is kind of difficult to get the flame to the tobacco in some conditions unless you only smoke indoors. Plus you can taste the light fluid for the first few puffs. But it works and better than a standard zippo. Butane option is better except for the tiny button.
