When I first got the sunscreen, I hated it. I was sure it was going to leave a white cast in my fair skin after seeing what it looked like when I first applied it. I wiped it off and put it away. My hunt for a daily sunscreen would continue…A few months later, when I was desperate for a facial sunscreen for an all-day outing, I tried this again. I applied a teaspoon amount and thoroughly rubbed it into my facial skin. As it dried, it became more sheer. By the time it was totally dry, it was completely invisible and totally lightweight. You could not tell that I had anything on my face. I was so impressed!The ingredients and herbal blend of the sunscreen cannot be beat, so I was so happy when it turned out that it absorbs into the skin very well. I am medium – fair with golden hues to my skin, so a lot of sheer mineral sunscreens do not look good on me. This one was an exception, and I’m so happy. I started using it on daily basis and will definitely order more.

Personally I swear by this sunscreen now that I’ve been using it for about 2-3 months religiously.I carry it in my bag with me and I use daily.I love to partner this with Alba Botanicals Suncreen. I use this sheer to my entire face and the alba sunscreen to my under eye area. I absolutely love this duo so much it really changed my skincare game and texture! It gives me such a beautiful dewy hydrated look. I always reapply the alba throughout the day under my eyes because I love the way it gives me that hydrated plump look.I will say this though. I did reccomend it in one of my non toxic group and a mom told me she tested it for lead because her sons levels were high and it came back positive for lead . Big YIKES. Haven’t done it myself and tbh I’m scared to because I love this so much I’ve done so much research . I have yet to find out but if I could reccomend confidently as a non toxic I would say 10/10 just make sure you get your desired “shade”

I tired many brands and this one is the best sustainable brand for sunscreen. It’s not sticky or cakey feeling. It feels slightly greasy as all sunscreen does, but it’s lightweight and I use it every day.

I really tried to like this sunscreen. I saw on a favorite and trusted website this product is less toxic ( less dangerous chemical composition ) than my usual Neutrogena sunscreen. So, I bought two bottles. I found it caused a terrible rash on my neck area. Terribly itchy !I have stopped using it to verify this product has been causing the itchy and ugly rash... Yes, the rash has been going away and the itchy is almost gone too.I really tried to like this product !And, I'll say - I am NOT one to have skin reactions to any product... this was a first for me... sadly

I used this sunscreen on a 2 week vacation in Hawaii. The weather was low 80's every day. This sunscreen was just the worse. It melted off my face during walks and one day it was running into my eyes so much that I had to stop at a resort to wash the sunscreen off my face. I always wear a hat and sunglasses when I'm out so I can tell if a sunscreen works or not when I don't seen any sunglasses tan lines at the end of my vacations. On this trip, I had those sunglasses tan lines. I have used other sunscreens that do work except this time I thought I would try it after an influencer on You Tube was highly recommending it. Well, it didn't work for me.

I have tried SO many sunscreens and as someone with sensitive/ oily skin, I find that most sunscreens just don’t do it for me. Then a few years back I decided to cut out toxic ingredients from my beauty routine which threw a big wrench in my SPF routine. I was so pessimistic trying natural after natural sunscreen, they all had a white cast, low SPF, or oily consistency. Then one day I looked into this sunscreen and noticed it has a distinct light, warm, yellowish color (very close to my skin) so I was hopeful that it might mitigate white cast. Well, I tried this sunscreen and was SHOCKED at how good it is! It’s better in consistency and application than the toxic ones I was using previously- I couldn’t believe it! No breakouts, no oily skin, no white cast, people constantly compliment my “dewy” skin and ask what “foundation” I’m wearing and when I say I’m only wearing sunscreen for skin they always want to know. I’ve purchased close to ten bottles of this stuff and I hope it stays in production for the rest of my life. This is such an important park of my daily routine and it’s truly irreplaceable.

For years I’ve been looking for a sunscreen for my combination skin that wasn’t too heavy, greasy, and without the white cast from the zinc oxide. After looking on the Environmental Working Group website (EWG.org), and seeing that this product received top scores and is an effective sunblock for UVA & UVB, I decided to give it a try. The tint is very sheer and it goes on well being a thin consistency, rather than a thick cream. I am very happy with this product. Finally, something that doesn’t slip and slide around my face. I use another zinc oxide sunscreen that’s more of a cream or “moisturizing” product for my arms and neck. Until the FDA approves the more advanced sunscreen ingredients that is available in Europe and other advanced countries, 100% zinc oxide is the way to go for us in the U.S.
