There are a couple things I like about this grill compared to a traditional camp grill. The fact that it's compact. It slips into my car no problem. I like that it's stainless, and looks as nice as it is. I like that it's got ignitors, although that's pretty common with most camp grills these days. The knobs have decent burner range, and can turn down for a simmer but also boil water quickly. Lastly, I like that it has latches for it's legs and top. The legs aren't floppy and the lid stays open. The wind screens are a cool perk too, and I like that they're short on the sides for pot handles.

This stove is amazing. It’s super thin and the perfect over-landing or camping stove. The temperature control is great. Other’s I’ve owned are terrible. It’s also easy to clean and looks great. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolute junk, with terrible customer service who do NOT care anything about their customers! Product arrived looking like it had been used, no plastic wrap, nothing sealed up. It only works with bottles that run out quickly, but like 99% of RVs, ours has an already regulated low pressure external industry standard 1/4-inch quick connection so you can use the gas from the RV instead of carrying separate bottles. The Non-standard gas connection on the Pinnacle Pro does not have a way to connect without its regulator. I called the GSI yesterday and they were useless and provided ZERO help. Terrible support for what is an expensive product. They should stop selling it if they can’t tell you how to use it with a common connection. Bought it to use with the external regulated, low-pressure, Industry standard 1/4-inch quick connection on our RV Camper Van. The problem is the Pinnacle Pro seems to have a NON- standard gas connector on the back of it, and it only comes with a connector with a short hose and a regulator that cannot be disconnected. Cannot get GSI to tell me the type/model number of the connector they are using. Therefore the RV Gas connection will not work with 2 regulators in place, marking this product useless.

We finally used our new stove. The best feature is being able to put it on low flame unlike most camp stoves. I enjoyed cooking on it better than my stove in my kitchen 🤣. The wind guards are great too! When you move the wind guards out of the way you can fit bigger pots on it. Oh and lastly, it's super easy to clean!

This stove is a piece of art. It’s insanely thin, and very easy to set up. It actually fit inside my camping box, which is a small version of the container made by Plano. I was worried that the connector hose would be difficult to screw in due to recessed port, but the attachment sticks out far enough to where it’s a non issue. It does take a few tries to light it using the built-in igniter, but that’s been my experience with most camping stoves. The only 2 complaints are 1) that the grate is a bit too high from the flame in my opinion. If it were lower, it would have better boil time for water. 2) adjustment regulators could be less touchy. They are precise, but require very fine adjustments.

Shipping was a bit problematic but it eventually arrived fine, Nice unit and great form factor. Excellent service from the folks at GSI - ordered the carry bag for it.

I had really high hopes for this product. I watched the kickstarter and have been following reviews. I finally bought one after our old stove finally had it. Pros: Form factor Cons: - Piezo is terrible. Rarely worked if ever. I had to use a bic in the end. - The windscreen's metal edges are so sharp they cut me. - the boil times were bad. - The flow rate of the fuel was very inconsistent. - Expensive I really wish it had turned out better. I'm very disappointed. I started the return process, but the seller doesn't allow returns... Now I'm jumping through hoops to get my money back for a terrible and broken product. If you do decide to buy it anyway, buy it somewhere else.

Cheap and defective product, the fuel connector is off centered and crooked. It will NOT attach to any fuel canisters. Please o' Please, do not disappoint yourself with this defective terrible quality stove.
