Best Wok I have ever owned!
This Wok has to be the absolute best I have ever owned. I really love my fried rice with a crispy texture, could never get it that way in conventional hammered woks because the rice would just stick horribly. NOTHING sticks to this one! It washes up real easy too! Just a little soapy water, rinse and dry and it looks just like new! I now find that this is my go to pan for everyday cooking. I do stir fry, fried rice, omelets, pretty much everything in this pan. It works beautifully on my glass top range, the bottom stays flat to the surface even with very high heat. I recommend that you don't use metal utensils to preserve the nonstick coating. I really need to get everything else in this line that they offer!

The price went up drastically.
Purchased this item in October 2017 and finally getting around to a review. First, I would like to say I like this wok very much. I don't use it as a genuine wok because that would require intense heat and this pan won't tolerate that. I like it for sautéing veggies and frying a hamburger. I cook for one so the small diameter of the flat area is perfect for one hamburger patty and the sides are perfect for containing the spatter. The non-stick surface makes It good for reheating if you choose not to use a microwave for thispurpose. I pulled up my old order because I wanted to order the 10" frypan and couldn't remember the brand name. I was shocked at the new price. I paid $37.99 and they are now listed at $47.49. Quite an increase in a year and a half! It's a good pan but I'm not sure I would buy it again at the higher cost.

Very Nice Pan!! Would definitely recommend!!
I've only used the pan once since it arrived nicely packaged and in perfect shape. It performed very well and had no problems with sticking or the easy cleanup. It's important to remember with any non-stick cookware to season the pan first! I usually do it for the first several uses. Seasoning you ask? Just Wash your pan and dry. Before cooking, pour about two tablsp. VEGETABLE OIL into the pan. rub in in good to the cooking surface with a paper towel. Do this first the first few uses, sticking and cleaning will never be a problem. I liked the quality, look and even heating. Very pleased with all aspects.

Tired of "throw away", cheap, non-stick skillets!
These "Saflon" non-stick skillets are not the usual, cheap, "as seen on TV" trash. These are FORGED alminum, heavy pans with thick bottoms and great non-stick coatings. I bought the 9.5 inch skillet which I likes so well that I bought an 11.5 inch skillet and an 11 inch wok/fry pan. All are reasonably priced and great performers. I had a set of stainless steel "clad" skillets that cost hundreds of dollars. They were a PAIN trying to clean. I gave them away...2 of them never used and bought these Saflon pans....best decision I've made in awhile!

Pretty good, but only 1.5 years of use
This pan was our primary wok for just over a year and a half. Recently, the non-stick coating has started looking discolored and not working as well, so it's time to retire it. I would have hoped this was a bit more durable. It was generally pretty good up until the last month or so. Cleaned easily, heated well, not too heavy.

very nice
This is an absolutely beautiful and very functional stock pot, nothing sticks and i mean nothing. I made a roux for my baked macaroni and cheese and it did not stick. In the video for the recipe the person making it specifically stated to have a very good non stick pot to make your roux, well this definitely is the pot for sure. This pot is thick and very well made, and i love the color. I plan to purchase all the pans made of this material in the future.

Just NOT durable.
It just did not last. Just about 8-9 months and the coating started to go. Supposed to be durable and great cooking, this is like the 3rd or 4th pot or pan I tossed out. I had bought 2 a week a part....I have not used the 2nd yet, will be my last. I just cannot buy anymore.

If only the lid fit...
I love this pan. It's nice and heavy (though not too heavy to lift) and cooks evenly. The color is softer and more natural. My only problem is that the lid doesn't quite fit. The pan is a little bit off-round, so the lid...sort of fits. Which is not great when you want to keep steam in. It's very sad because otherwise it's a great pan. I was planning to gradually replace my whole set, but now I'm debating.
