The part around the burner (the black thing on which we place the vessel to cook) as you can see in the photo from the very first use started leaving color. The left burner had issues and did not work properly on low flame. The company has one number as customer service and the technicians have been outsourced. After two weeks of follow up the person visits and is more interested to sell his products over repairing the stove. And today, two-three after the so called repair, after I switch off the stove and I see a flame appear from the area between the knob and the stove, it continued even after I switched off the main cylinder and I literally had to blow the flame off. When I call the customer service asking them to take the product back, they say I need to check with Amazon on the policy and blamed the courier transport and Amazon for issues that have occured (putting it on transit), not accepting the stove is damaged goods. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy it. I am also planning to approach the c consumer court so such fraud companies don't play around with consumers. When it comes to such products it can be life threatening. Never buy. If I had the option would give it -100 in rating.

Very nice product.

This is a local product based out of Delhi, they don’t have any service centres in India. My stove glass has been broken in a matter of 6 months and the company has confirmed that they cannot courier the glass to Hyderabad. Please note that this is a unique size and you will not get this glass anywhere in any wholesale or retail market.. please do not buy this product.. utter waste of money and efforts.. on top of this they don’t have any service centre to address customer concerns..
