Great taste
Highly recommended if u really want to make delicious chili oil and other stuffs. The taste and aroma is really great it's just like one of those chinese chili oils...

Pretty good
I don't have a Korean friend to tell me about the authenticity but from what I've tasted in India, this one is the best. It's got an amazing ruby red colour, almost looks like crystal. I don't know if there is something extra done to it to make it reach that stage, if it isn't that woah!

The most underrated korean ingredient
This chilly flake gives a really nice colour and adds depth to any cooking, even indian. Its not too spicy like the indian chilly power and is a bit sweet so really balance out the taste. I use 1 tsp of indian red chilly powder along with it and it does make a difference

Great for making Kimchi at home
Have been using this for making traditional korean kimchi, and the flavor is great due to which the kimchi turns out to be flavourful. Buy without any doubt.

Received on May 19th.While the package looks alright and was packed well I’m disappointed that the expiry date on it is July, less than 2 months from the purchase date.
