This yoga mat is soft and thick. It very comfortable when I put my knees on it since I have bad knees, it helps support my knees very well.

It looks really thick and cushioned, like it would protect your knees a bit. I can't speak to how well it works, because it's been outside for a week and it still reeks.

The picture has a strap however it did not come with one. But it’s otherwise amazing and that makes up for it. I’m 5’5” and it’s perfect for my height. I also love it because it’s like half an inch thick and I love doing headstands so it’s important my elbows have a cushion. I love it!

This exercise mat provides good but not great cushion, rolls up easily, and doesn't slip easily on wood flooring. However, the product description is misleading. The description clearly states that a carrying strap is included, but the item that I received did not have a carry strap. Packaging left a lot of waste for recycling.. The shipping box was at least 2x larger than necessary with extra space being taken up by brown paper.

This is not 1/2” thick. It’s not even a centimeter thick. There’s no cushioning here for hard floors, which was why I bought it. It’s also 23” by 70”, not 24” by 72” as advertised. Don’t bother with this one.

I’m trying to start yoga and this Mat was extremely comfortable. I wasn’t sure what to buy because other mats were okay reviewed and this one had the far best reviews so I chose it. It is well worth your money especially if you’re new to yoga and don’t know where to begin I would recommend this one if you see this choose this mat don’t look for anything else!

Got this for my husband so he would go to yoga class with me - masculine color and plenty of padding. The strap is nice, too!
