Plastic seal broken and bottle was already opened
When I tried to open the bottle, I discovered that the plastic wrap surrounding the cap had already been ripped off. When I popped the cap, the seal was not only broken but also creased by someone opening the bottle correctly. Unfortunately, there is no return or replacement policy.
