I have used Nopalina for years because it’s the only thing that keeps me regular. I purchased this product on a whim based on the reviews. It does work you will GO. Nopalina is superior for sure. This product has a “taste” not that it matters because I mix in about 2 ounces of water and shoot it. I chase with 2 large glasses of water. Nopalina is much more mild in flavor. This product also makes me cramp and that is just not good. That’s because I only mix about 1 teaspoon not even the whole 2 tablespoons as suggested. Oh lord I can’t imagine what that would do. I guess I’ll finish this bag up and go right back to my faithful Nopalina.
