Argan Oil Maximun Hold Styling Snot Gel Gel Unisex 8.4 oz

I like this snot. It was not super hard like Gorilla Snot. It felt gentler on my hair. It does not come out like gel, but a think goopy dark yellow, ahh... snot, like a kid's nose when they have a really bad cold. But the texture was nice and smooth, a little stiff but still glided easily on my edges. I had no trouble applying it. I am starting to wear some lacetop hair pieces and I've been experimenting with Fit2be glued gel and freeze spray, therefore, I have been using this snot on my hairline to prevent the gel and freeze from breaking off my edges (although I try not to get them on my edges, when I accidentally do, this acts as a barrier). I spray my braided hair with rose water once a day and aloe vera juice once a day (alternating products on alternating days) so my hair is always a LITTLE damp, never bone dry when I apply any product, including this one. So this snot has not hardened like a gel may on my edges but has provided a smooth and clean hairline. When I removed the lacetop pieces my hairline and nape are still soft, but neatly in place where I'd applied this product. I am very happy with it and will continue to use it. If anything changes I will make an update.

I'm a natual with 3C/4A hair. Now that may sound like the type of hair with no problems to those with 4B/4C hair but hear me when i say, this head of mine is no walk in the park. I have been natural for 5 years with barely any growth, no matter how healthy i eat, no matter how much i massage it, no matter the fact that i haven't had a comb or a brush in it for 4 years (and i miss my brush and comb really bad) and no matter the fact that i take the ridiculous amount of time it takes to finger detangle. And i'm still learning what it likes and doesn't like and what hairstyles i can use that isn't taking me the ENTIRE day to do and that will not break my hair off. It's fluffy hair that doesn't like to stay in place in any way. My wash n go's last all of 2 days if that, and forget about twist outs. That's 1 day before the roots are so fluffy i look like i permed my ends but not my roots. the good thing is, i found a gel for that just recently. Yay! Anyway I was looking for a good holding gel. I needed something that would hold down my baby hairs, that wouldn't end up with flyaways when i put my hair in a ponytail and and a bunch of fuzzy hair on top of what should be a sleek look. And i absolutely found it in the Creme of Nature Flexible Styling Snot. Now why its called that i will never know. It is far from flexible once it drys. But if you need it to hold everything down, all the while making your hair look as shiny as ever. This is it. It gets pretty hard if you use too much. After 3 uses i started to wet my hands first then add a dime size and lather together with hands. It seems to offset the really hard feeling a bit more. See the photos. Please note in the photo my hair is clipped cause i thought i had to the first day i put it up because i always do have to with other Gels. But not with this one. I slept with the clips in. Also the photo is 2nd day hair. After i did the hair, went to work. Went to bed, and woke up and i didn't do one darn thing to it but fluff the puff. That's how well this stuff holds. So for all you 4B 4C girls that have a hard time getting your hair laid down. You must give this a try.

I love Creme is Nature Products so I was really excited when I saw they had a snot/gel. I love the hold that this product gives. It lays my edges down great. Your hair is not going to move; at all. In fact; it’s gonna dry hard/crunchy which I don’t like. However, if youre looking for something that’s going to hold a curl or your texture, this will do it. The biggest downside for me is this product is extremely flaky when it dries. To the point where I almost don’t want to use it ever again. You will definitely have to wash your hair after you use it. If this product didn’t dry hard or flake I’d definitely give it five stars. The texture is creamy, it does apply sleek and initially looks great and then...WONK WONK! I so wanted to disregard the reviews and give this 5 stars but they have some work to do on this one.

I use this for my hairline, and I must admit, this Snot is pretty awesome....no flakes. I waited a long time prior to writing this review just to be sure and give it a fair chance. Now it may seem like a lot of product to only use for the hairline or edges, but I have used a lot of different pomades over the years and they have all failed me one way or another. Some of them worked okay at first only to start acting up within a few weeks. Recent predecessor was Curls - thought I was head over heels then it gave me intermittent results. The ingredients are ok except for the food colorings, but I'm not gonna eat it soooo.... It does make my hair HARD as a ROCK. At first I thought it was a fail that is until I woke up day after day with my hairline still looking great - like I just did it - all without the use of a scarf, and most importantly - no flakes. It's best to leave your hair as you style it. For this reason, I do not pineapple, I sleep with silk pillowcases. If I choose to manipulate my hair, I spray it with water or wet my fingers then touch the area wtih wet fingers until the area softens up. I do exercise as well without problems and I sweat heavily when I do so my hair is easy to manipulate into a style. I wash my hair 3-4 times a wk (cowash or clarify 50/50) as often as needed. Oh, and A LITTLE goes a long way with this. Try a LITTLE first. It may flake if you use to much. For value, when used right, it's the best. For now it seems the reviews for this are around 50/50, or 60/40, so I will update this review if I find problems with it. I like that it's in a tube as most pomades come in a jar. I get fresh product every time with a little squeeze. I have never tried using it on my entire head, and I don't plan too as I am already using products that work for my hair. Plus, this stuff gets harder than gel. I never thought I would use a product called "Snot," and like it. If the "Snot" doesn't work for you, it's ok... I heard "Boogers" are coming out later this year! 😁

Although very sticky at first, this product perfectly dries to keep your hair in place. It leaves a lovely moisturized look with a firm hold. I really wish they hadn’t discounted this! It was the perfect product for a slicked back look. My hair was easily smoother back but still showed my waves kept in place.

Molto pesante come gel. Ho deciso di acquistarlo dopo aver visto vari tutorial su internet e spinta dalla curiosità l'ho preso. Che dire, mi aspettavo di più. Molto denso, tanto profumato e unge un sacco. La cosa brutto è che una volta asciutto lascia delle palline gialle che ti sporcano i capelli. Ho provato ad utilizzarne di meno ma il risultato è lo stesso. Adesso prende polvere nella cassetta del bagno

Todo un descubrimiento. Apto para el método curly. Para aplicarlo, conviene emulsionarlo primero con agua en las manos porque es muy espeso. Al día siguiente basta con poner un poco de agua en el pelo para que se vuelva a activar. No reseca nada. Da brillo y aguanta la definición.

Este gel crema es ideal para pelo rizado abundante y con buen grosor ya que de lo contrario puede resultar pesado. Es un producto apto para el método curly. Lo he repartido por secciones emulsionado el producto con un poco de agua con las Palmas de las manos. Deja el pelo muy definido y suave permaneciendo la fijación sin tener q refrescar mínimo 2 días. Hay q controlar la cantidad para evitar residuo blanco cuando se seca.
