Q: Is this the "new and improved" formula? The bottle in the photo does not indicate that. We do not like the new formula.

The Nature's Miracle site has an "Original" version, with these ingredients: Water, Oxygen Boosters Isopropyl Alcohol, Nature's Bio-Enzymatic Blend, Surfactant, Citrus Scent. So it must have had a light scent to begin with. I also liked the old version. I have not tried the new version. It is possible to buy the "Original" on amazon, on another page, not Prime, free shipping, for the same price. The Nature's Miracle site shows the "non-original" version as having: Water, Isopropyl Alcohol, Surfactants, Citrus Fragrance, Enzymatic Blend and Odor Counteractant. Notice that Citrus "Scent" is the last item in the Original, meaning it is the smallest percentage of the product. In the newer version, Citrus "Fragrance" seems to be a more prominent ingredient--they added more fragrance. I am going to buy the Original.

Q: Can I use it on the leather seat of my car ?

No, this product should not be used on leather, silk, or suede. We suggest getting a cleaner specifically for leather. So that we can answer any other product questions you have please contact Nature's Miracle at PetSupport@spectrumbrands.com.

Q: Can it be used on backpacks?

I believe it would be fine. I spray it on furniture, curtains, etc. (lightly) for freshening the air. I love this product.
