I love these umbrellas! The quality is good and they last for a while. I live in Phoenix Arizona so things discolor in the sun. I ordered this to replace my previous identical umbrella from the same seller. I have my other one for roughly 3 years and it held up well. A few weeks ago we had a big burst of wind that blew over my table with the umbrella. It blew it across the yard and broke the tiles in the table and one of the arms of the umbrella. Even after blowing across the yard and with a broken arm I could still get the umbrella up and the light was still working. It just did not look good with a broken arm so I figured it was time to order a I had my other one for roughly 3 years and it held up well. This looks just as good as the previous one, actually even better with some new colored table tiles which really compliment the umbrella color. I took a photo of the day I put it up and then a photo over Easter weekend after I put up my new pool ladder. I absolutely love the solar lights on this . The company offers a warranty on the lights but I have never had any issues with the solar lights.

Great umbrella - high quality great color

It was time to replace my former patio umbrellas that had a good run. I found these on Amazon based on other reviews and for its color scheme. I was intrigued to see the the solar lights. I love to decorate for night time use and it seemed a natural fit. I ordered 2 one for the patio table, and another for a tripod umbrella stand my spouse built for grilling. He is a dedicated grill man rain, shine, day, or night. The solar lights may come in handy for those late night grills. The images above show the gray and black stripe pattern. I included the tilted umbrella image so you can see the pattern, and that the solar panel that is mounted on the top . The solar panel will illuminate the lights on the bottom spokes come night time. I did read someone had trouble with the crank. It is similar to my former umbrella, so I manual lift up a spoke or two and slide my hand up to find the crank if it had been tightly closed. The crank is labeled to alert the user as to which way to twirl the crank to open or close it. It does have a Velcro tie strap to fully secure the closed umbrella.

I love this Umbrella and the lights are a big hit with all of my friends and family love it and they want one too. There just enough light to see if you want to play cards but not too bright to bring the bugs! I did order a Duck Cover the same time I order the umbrella and keep it covered when not in use. Take the cover off in the morning and let it charge in case I use it at night even if it isn't open since the solar panel sits right on the top. Also I bought 2 cans of Scotchgard and sprayed the top and underneath right away to protect it more from rain an weather I didn't want it fading since it was the Red. An purchased the 18' Cast Stone Base. The color is just a little different then shown it's darker still loved it though. Overall it's great material well built! Only reason I give it a 4 is I wish they made these colors in a 10 ft I would have bought bigger for tilting when the sun is midday. But they don't have pretty colors or designs much in the 10 foot or bigger umbrellas! Overall pleased! Now just have to paint the table!

Like the crank up and down feature. The tilt feature is easy to use, It seems to be very sturdy, and the solar lights are very decorative. Make sure you buy a heavy base so you're table will not blow over.

This umbrella is horrible…do not recommend purchasing! We ordered 2 navy stripe and one of them had a broken light. Exchanged that for new one which arrived a different color navy from original. Returned 2nd one hoping to get a matching set (which is why we purchased 2 to begin with) and they matched…but within days the navy color on both started turning from navy to a purple hue with red stripes running throughout both umbrellas. In addition the crank is up way too high and it is very difficult to open/close. This umbrella is not worth the hassle and is very poor quality!

Going on year 3, this umbrella has held up quite well IMO. I purchased 2 different ones the same year. The other one, same color, from Ace Hardware, started to fade before the end of the summer year 1 and the wooden pole broke in the wind at the end of year 2. This one from Sunny daze gets near daily use Summer and sporadically in Spring and Fall. Lights have worked everytime and the pole is as sturdy and Day 1. There is some slight fading on the fabric which as I recall, didn't become noticeable until the end of year 2. I included photos; I hope it shows but it is very slight.

Great quality canvas & solar lighting really lights up well. It's large & covers around a 5 seating circle rod iron table. Got this as a gift for my sister & it was a great hit. She liked it better than the $60-$85 ones @ Lowes & The Home Depot. Update: wind knocked this over and now the solar part will need to be replaced since a connector snapped off.

Based on the price, we were not expecting as great a quality item as we got. It is very sturdy. We live in the country and it is very windy, the umbrella is very strong. The lights give off a soft glow that takes the edge off the evening darkness but is not so bright that you are blinded by the darkness when you leave the area. The switch is easy to locate and use. It is great size for providing the perfect amount of shade across the table when it is sunny and hot. The sticker to indicate the direction to turn the handle for up and down is backwards but once we figured it out we just do the opposite of what it says to do. Love the colour! Very vibrant and handling the sunrays very well with no discolouring at all yet. Highly recommend this product!

The item works well but the red colour is now a pinkish orange. They fade quickly in the sun.

Good product and was purchased to match up to a second similar umbrella with heavy material. This umbrella is sturdy, but the material is light weight in comparison to the I already have, so I'm hesitant about providing a rating on the material. On the positive side, it may dry faster. The solar lights work well and overall it's a good product.
