Q: Hi I bought this cycle and when i assembled I found that the front the wheel was warped and would not spin freely without touching the front fork.

Mine wasn't warped but it was missing a screw that secures the gear mount. Got one separate but besides that the bike rides great. I recommend buying a comfortable seat though this one is a little firm.

Q: I am 6" and weighs around 219 lb. Am I too big for this bike?

I’m 250 pounds and I’ve rode this bike dozens of times on smooth and rough roads. It has done me justice.
