I like Nordic Naturals. They are simple vitamins and well explained. The gummies in this one are delicious and it does the job. It does not upset the stomach. I get other vitamins from Nordic naturals. I recommend them. Try to get them when they have a sale.

These vitamins have a great taste to them. I sometimes take one in the evening after dinner as kind of a dessert. My calcium does not come with vitamin D so it’s important to add that and this is a great way to add vitamin D along with the little sweet treat

I know a K/D3 combo is good for me, and I despise the idea of popping a multivitamin pill. Gummies are always my go-to. But man...these things are SUGARY (as others have said). They don't have a *ton* of calories per gummy but I feel like I'm going to get cavities. Other than the sugar coating the flavor is...meh? Not bad, not great? They arrived fresh and soft. Texture is very biteable - like a very fresh sour gummy worm. All in all, I definitely prefer my many other gummy vitamins, but alas they don't come in this essential combo. At this point I'm undecided whether I'll repurchase or not.
