Product was exactly as described. I had a slight problem with my order and Zaxedo was extremely responsive and resolved it within hours. I cannot believe how fabulous their customer service was and how they really ensured that my issue was resolved. They totally exceeded my expectations. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had on Amazon. Top notch!Regarding the tips....I can't believe how easy they are to use. Zaxedo sent me videos and a frosting recipe. It just took a couple practice runs and the flowers looked just like the pictures. They were super easy to make. Make sure the tip touches the cake before starting and the flower turns out better. The tips are much larger than regular tips and I went through way more frosting than I normally do. I doubled the recipe that Zaxedo sent me. I only used half the milk since I was using liquid food coloring. The consistency turned out perfect for the flowers. Doubling the recipe made enough frosting to cover two dozen cupcakes with flowers and leaves.Based on my customer service experience and the fact that the tips really work like in the pictures, I would highly recommend purchasing from Zaxedo!

I love that they make such pretty flowers! I wish there was a guide so you can tell which tip makes what kind of flower. You need to watch a tutorial to figure out how to use them if you have never decorated cakes before-like me. It takes pracitce but I love playing with them!

They are very large tips and come in a neat little case. Everything was as stated. It does take some practice but the end product will be beautiful. I tried them as soon as I got them and didn't have the exact constancy icing on hand that is needed and they still worked! They sent a link to videos and all the information you need to get you started. I would definitely recommend this product.

These tips are pretty awesome. It’s kind of hit or miss trying to figure out what the design will be as there’s no guide in the kit. Also, I bought this set for like $18. It’s currently listed on amazon at almost 10 X that!!! These are NOT $180 piping tips!!

These tips are so much fun! Love the kit, however it would have been nice to have numbers engraved on the tips and a chart showing which tips produce which flowers. I had to search online and make a copy of 72 tips with pictures and tip numbers. For first time decorators this would be much more helpful. The fun part is producing these lovely little masterpieces!!

The tips are HUGE!! They can't be used with regular or cream cheese frosting or the stuff you buy in a can if you don't make it yourself. Those types of icings aren't stiff enough to 'hold' the floral design patterns and will look like a runny mess. You have to find a recipe for a good strong stiff buttercream icing in order to make the flowers you see in their pictures and videos. ALSO - make sure to print out the chart with the tips showing what floral design each one makes, because the tips DON'T come with a chart.
