Yes, for carbon steel. Rinse, dry, and oil. It won’t work on stainless.

Q: I have a scratch on my ar, if i use this will it protect like the rest of the finish?

Works great to cover scratches make sure you prep the surface clean no oils and apply heat to surface with hair dryer for best results
