Q: What is the size in inches? my head is 24 inches circumference, would the l/xl size fit or be too small?

I bought one for a 23 and 1/2 in. head size and it fit great---I washed the hat in warm water and it did shrink some but still fit okay.

Q: are there vent holes?

There are two vent holes on each side of my hat. Hat runs big. I got a small/medium.
