Fire hazard.
The internal resistors used to decrease voltage to each motor for low speed setting does not have a sufficient power rating. Hence, burnout and/or fire is a risk. Recommend manufacture install resistors with sufficient power rating. Incidentally, I smelled the smoke and avoided a fire, then rewired the motors directly to 12v input in order to bypass the resistors. Another alternative (if your fans are running ok) is to only use the high speed setting since the low speed setting utilizes the resistors. Noisy
They work good but are noisy. Not your normal fan noise but the motors themselves are noisy.

If this is a fan I am confused. It spins and makes noise but move's almost no air . Don't Purchase !
