I'm editing this to say, one side of the buckles goes through easily and one does not. So if you are struggling to get it through the loops just take it out and start over with the other buckle.It's a good belt but horrible to try to fit through belt loops. I have 2 kids in emt school, 20 yr old just threw his aside and got a different one and the 17 yr old asks me to put it in loops for her every time.

I am 6 feet tall, weigh 165 pounds, and purchased a size S belt that fits great. I have been using this belt every airsoft game day for the last four weeks and have had zero issues. The buckle is very high quality, and I have no worries about it becoming loose or breaking. It's a no-gimmick belt that just works.

Only reason I gave the rating I did is because the buckle is wide and in order to get it through my jeans I have to remove it from one side and then thread the belt through my belt looks but with some wider loops it would be great, very solid and comfortable.
