I have tried a number of different brands of melatonin gummies, and Nature's Bounty is one of my top preferred brands for taste and effectiveness! I previously used their gummies in a different flavor, and decided to try these: Nature's Bounty 10 mg Melatonin Gummy in BLUEBERRY flavor. They arrived in perfect condition, and tasted fresh, with a fantastic flavor.I am sensory sensitive to texture and flavors, and this may be my favorite that I've ever had. They were soft, with a smooth texture, and the flavor was pleasant--I look forward to taking these before bed! In addition to supporting my sleep using all natural ingredients, they are a small sweet treat before bed that tastes natural, and not at all artificial. The flavor reminds me of drinking fresh juice, but in a blueberry/berry-blend flavor. These were also affordable, and they are consistent every time I purchase from this brand. If you are looking for a straightforward gummy without additional vitamins or minerals added to the blend, this would be a great option.
