Very excellent product which is now hard to find in food stores, although was quite common years ago. Great flavoring apart from its healing properties.

sharing my dumb moment if it helps a pal out not to do what I did... I didn’t make it correctly and got super bad side effects cramping and over all terrible feeling lasted several hours. I made it too strong. if you have this happen drink lots of fluids -that helped me to get through it. I guess it would be cool if the packaging said don’t exceed certain amount etc.. Will try to remember to add to this review once I have a better test of the product. Did taste nice though before the pain set in 😅

This tea is very relaxing and has a mild flavor. I drink it pretty much every evening.

I tried this in conjunction with slippery elm and I noticed a significant improvement in my moderate ulcerative colitis symptoms. I would make the tea every morning and drink it over the span of a few hours. I didn't add any sugar or honey to it. I feel that the tea tasted fine on its own and didn't need any added sweeteners. Be sure to buy a strainer for when you remove the herbs from your water after it seeps. I would usually seep the tea for at least 30 minutes.

This is not saffron do not buy!!! Do Not smell like saffron does not look like saffron!!!

As another reviewer mentioned, I found long black hair in my unopened package as well as some string (so disgusting). Who knows what else is in it that I couldn’t see. It’s not a returnable item but I did request and receive a refund. Purchase at your own risk.
