This is a good stand for my table-saw. It attaches to the saw with screws, so it stays put when you move the saw. It's sturdy metal, but a bit "wobbly", but it does the job. It's stable when the saw is sitting on it due to the weight of the saw holding it in place. I wish it could be a little taller, but it's okay enough. I wanted an economical option and it definitely serves that need.

There was some confusion in the reviews at to whether this stand would work with the Dewalt Jobsite Table saw DWE7485 saw. It works perfectly and all the holes line up correctly. The only problem I had with installation was, as noted in another review, being one nut short of the number needed to attach the saw to the stand. Did find a left-over nut from another project that solved the issue. Other than recommending Dewalt have some one check that there are 4 not just three nuts for the attachment, it is a good, stable product and would recommend to anyone who needed a workshop table saw.

Purchased for a DCS7485 60V 8-1/4" jobsite saw; the product page reads "10-Inch" which is incorrect and really should be changed. I wanted a compact stand that could be easily stored, and this does fit that need. The unit comes in five major parts, the folding "X" stand, and the four legs which are installed with the included bolts/locknuts/washers. Oddly there was no manual in the box, and I could not find a manual on the DeWalt website. However, only four bolts are required to put the stand together, and it comes with four more bolt sets for use to retain the table saw to the stand. Side-to-side the stand feels a little wobbly and there is movement in the joints that I found disappointing. This could make ripping wider material unstable. However, the back-and-forth stability (the movement forward as cutting) is solid, largely because the stand's legs fold out to a footprint that is longer in the direction of cutting movement than it is wide. As I had been setting the table saw on a surface that was too tall to safely use, this stand, while imperfect, is far better for my needs.

Suitable for the task

A very sturdy table saw stand. Instructions were a little vague but wasn't difficult figuring out. Fit with my saw perfectly. I stand 6'1" and the stand may be a little low, but it definitely is not something that makes any difference to me. It is not so low that it is difficult in any way. It is light weight but when put together is very sturdy. You can't go wrong.

The stand is sturdy and takes 10 minutes to assemble. The height is perfect (I am 6'0" tall). Just follow the instructions included in the box and you won't have any difficulty assembling it and installing the compatible table saw on it. It fits perfectly.
