Perfect length and worked as I wanted it to
I used this to connect my NZXT USB 2.0 extender to convert one USB 2.0 on motherboard to 4. The NZXT USB extender needs to connect to motherboard using USB 2.0 connector and this is where I used this cable. No issues and worked like a charm.

Worked for ASUS SupremeFX Hi-Fi 5.25" AMP!
Worked perfectly for my ASUS SupremeFX Hi-Fi 5.25" bay AMP as I seem to have misplaced the one that came with it originally. Long enough to reach the USB header and the 5.25" bay. No issues with it so far!

Used this cable to power my PCIe wifi/bluetooth card
Used this cable to power my PCIe wifi/bluetooth card. Installed and works great.I have a Gigabyte Wireless AC PCIe card and I must have misplaced this same cable during a recent PC rebuild. Wi-Fi works fine but if you don't have this cable plugged into the Wi-Fi card and a USB header on the motherboard Bluetooth doesn't get enough power and wont work.I purchased this cable and now my Bluetooth works great again. 4 stars because I thought the cost was a bit high for what it is.

It solved my problem.
I used this to connect an old USB 2 card to a modern mobo. The old cable for the card was too thick to connect to the internal header on the mobo. This cable worked great, perfect length and the small connectors fit.

As advertised, no problems
Just what I needed to connect up a USB 2.0 slot on my 4U rack, works as advertised at the correct length.

Meh
It did the job fine. A little bit pricey but it was what I needed.

Cable was miswired.
Wow, this cable drove me crazy.I broke one of my own rules,I made more than one change to a PC at one time.I replaced the internal USB 2.0 cable feeding my PCIE wireless card with this cable,at the same time I also migrated a SSD to a replacement SSD,added a new PSU,and neatened up some of the cabling. This was in a water cooled i5 6600k z270 machine with an RTX 2070 GPU.After the change the machine would not start at all.Wouldn't go to BIOS, wouldn't do anything. The cable wasn't suspected until I went through all the usual stuff that would cause a computer to not start at all:the new PSU, the power switch, motherboard, CPU, that new SSD, etc etc.I never suspected a USB extension cable would make the PC completely not start, but guess what? This one did.
