I do like this, at one point I thought I was going to send it back to get the large but stuck with the extra large because of the 10 in width. And the length is good, with room to spare. my Waist 42 my weight 220. Ht 5.3. I hope that helps anyone that may be looking at this. I do like the quality and the three strap velcro. So far I love the product. I usually prefer sweet sweat bands but I tried this and I won’t go back to sweet sweat. This covers more of my core and with three Velcro tabs it’s easy to wear and adjust. I recommend it for the price and functionality.
