Gets towels good & hot wuickly

Man this little steam packs some serious heat!!!! I promise you the tongs that are included are definitely needed!!! I had some damp towels in the steamer for 10mins and they were cooking... I held the towel for 1 min before I grabbed it with my hand to perform a skin test. I was able to place 7 towels inside with any issues.

If you’re just starting out or are a small business owner with not a huge clientele, this was a great choice. The towels get/stay HOT and it works quickly! Easy to clean and put together/break down.

It works but man does it get hot. My clients are scared to get the towels now. Currently in search of a new one

This was a great buy! I love it ! Only downfall to this product is you can’t get a full size towel into it and I wish that they would improve the lid a little bit. It seems a little flimsy but works just fine., make the hinges and top a little more sturdy and you’ll get a 5 star from me ! Still a great buy!!!!

I thought it was bigger than what it is. I guess for 34 dollars you can’t expect much. I recommend these small hand towels to put in there to get the most use out of it. So far it does keep the towels hot and ready, be sure to wet the towels and ring them out before placing them in the warmer. The turn knob is it working for the timer. I don’t recommend

Much smaller than I expected, if you are planning on having in a quiet relaxed environment the DING as the timer ran up was terrible! My towels were not warm and cooled very quickly.

Works well for hot towels (esthetician) if your really squeeze it in it barely fits 5. Doesn't heat evenly at all. One area is scorching hot and the other is luke warm. You do have to wet the towels first the steam is not enough to saturate. It does work well and easy to clean. It's good if you need something fast. Good for home/personal use. I wouldn't use it if you are using it professionally
