I purchased the arm sleeve to support recovery from a triceps tear. My upper body is at most average. I don't have much fat on my arms. Based on measurements I ordered a medium. WAY too small. I returned it and ordered a large. It's still tight but works. The company either needs to re-size this product or create one or two more sizes for larger arms. As to its healing properties, I do find the sleeve seems to help with discomfort and limitations caused by the injury.

I’m quite disappointed with its performance. The material feels cheap and uncomfortable against my skin, causing irritation and itching whenever I wear it for an extended period. Despite its promises of providing support, I didn’t notice any significant improvement in my elbow pain or mobility. The fit was also problematic; it felt either too tight, restricting my movement, or too loose, rendering it ineffective in providing any meaningful support. Additionally, the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer was inaccurate, leading to confusion and difficulty in choosing the right size. Another issue is the durability. The elbow sleeve started showing signs of wear after just a few uses, and the stitching began to come undone, making me question its overall quality and longevity. Furthermore, the elbow sleeve lacks proper ventilation, causing my arm to sweat excessively, which only added to my discomfort during use. All in all, I regret purchasing this elbow sleeve. It failed to meet my expectations in terms of comfort, support, and durability. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and effective solution for elbow pain or injury.

This helped so much in my husband's bicep tear recovery. Not to tight. Nice comfortable material. Definitely recommend.
