The product is great! I recommend putting on right before your workout because it works on contact. Initially I was putting it on at home I would feel it get hot and by the time I got to the gym it wasn’t really heating up. I don’t know if it wasn’t burning fat at the gym but I thought if I was working out during the period when its first put on then all the heat probably would increase my sweating and fat burn. However since I started putting it on before working out I only experienced my body heating up but no sweat and by the time I got to the gym it was no longer hot or warm. I just feel like it might be a waste putting it on too soon but I might be wrong. I recommend giving it a try :)

Normally, I don’t write reviews only when they are misleading. But this is super exceptional. Received the product today. Dabbed a bit on my stomach, side, and back. Just to test it out to see if it burns like what others have implied. So, far after the tingle feeling it worked wonders, when I went to do my workout at the gym. It’s seems that I was sweating 5x my normal sweating without it. I get it and you will not regret it!!! This is my personal opinion. I am not paid by anyone to write this review.

I haven't used the cream that often yet, but it does get really hot after you've applied it to your belly/ thighs. Also, don't forget to wipe it off before taking a shower (like it says in the instructions), because if you don't and you shower after your workout, it keeps burning.

Product works as it says. Definitely beats me up and makes me sweat more. Doesn’t smell funky.

A hundred and one percent recommend! If your on edge about this purchase don’t be just take the plunge. I am not one to sweat much even with an intense work out with sweat bands and sauna suits so looked up and down for a sweat cream and came across this one read a bunch of reviews and said “what the heck let’s try it.” When I say I’ve never sweat that much in my life I mean it! Yes there is an initial “burning” sensation which is why I’d recommend putting on the cream about 5 or 7 minutes before work out accompanied by a sweat wrap of some sort and once the sweating begins “burning” sensation goes away. Trust me when I say you WILL sweat!

I’m pretty confused by this product. Label says sweat enhancer. I apply on abdominal area along with plastic wrap and sweet sweat belt followed by a 5 mile power walk/sprint . Stomach area did feel hot but never shed one drop of sweat which was surprising typically I’d be drench of sweat when using similar products Reason for purchasing in the first place were the reviews and price friendly.

I bought this along with a sauna shirt to really enhance my workouts and get a good sweat going. The combination of the two had me drenched in sweat after just an hour of weight training. One unintended benefit of this stuff warming me up is that my muscles seem more loose throughout the session. The scent reminds me of bengay, but only when you first put it on. It goes away almost instantly.
