service form electrolux is horrible
The ice box bought on 5-18-22. It has been leaking water from the third day. Three repairs by different approved Electrolux people. Still leaking. Was approved for new unit on 10-11-22. Still have not got it. I have made calls and talk to at least 20 different people. Have got the biggest run around by this company. I CALL AND GET PUT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR THEN GET TANSFERED TO GET DISCONNECTED TO START ALL OVER. They want give my money back are replace the unit at this point. BE CAUTIOUS when buying for them . My experience was horrible with this company

Best fridge we’ve owned!
I love the ice maker in this fridge! We’ve never had a fridge like that before, the water filter is easily replaceable and there is a ton of storage space to fit loads of groceries and then some!

Defective product -- Doors off center manufacturer defect -- TWICE
I purchased the refrigerator from Home Depot. 3 weeks later is showed up. After removing the packaging I noticed the right door was higher than the left. I contacted Home Depot and they said they would send a tech. He came out and stated the refrigerator was defective and would be replaced. The replacement came and it was defective also. They sent another tech out and he said the same thing. Defective product. It has been 5 weeks now with no resolution. Frigidaire and Home Depot are both frauds. Do not buy this refrigerator or do business with Frigidaire or Home Depot for large items.
