Q: Can i put it on over my hoop for my quinceanera dress want it to be really fluffy

So I used it for my wedding and it has a hoop already in it. You could definitely probably double layer it. I also got advice depending on the color/style of your dress to try putting the smooth hoop over the ruffle hoop if you're going to wear two and the other way around to see what you like better under your dress.

Q: Do I have to get this underskirt steamed for full look?

You can, when i initially tried it on it wasn’t steamed and still looked really good but my seamstress steamed it for me before the wedding and it still looked great. So I’d say depending on how it looks with your dress you may not need to and it may just be personal preference.

Q: Would this be a good skirt for a lydia deetz wedding cosplay?

Absolutely! I used it for a Lydia costume last year! It was perfect.

Q: Can it fit over a hoopskirt? I already bought a hoop skirt but i need a petticoat.

Oh yeah. My hoop skirt was massive, easily 3+’ across, like sideways through a door, then this over, then six layers of dress over that. Ya know, typical wedding get up :)
