Many of you may not know, but most multivitamins don't include iron, so when I found this multivitamin, it helped reduce the amount of pills (vitamins) I had to take daily because of its ingredients. I’ve been taking the Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron for several months, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. This is my third time purchasing it, but my first time purchasing it through Amazon. The first two purchases were through Wal-Mart. I'm not a vegan, but I am highly anemic, so finding a comprehensive multivitamin that meets all my nutritional needs with enough iron, too, can be challenging, but this product ticks all the boxes. The ingredients are all derived from whole foods, which gives me confidence in its quality and effectiveness. The added iron is particularly beneficial, as it's something many vegans, including myself, need to monitor closely. Since starting this multivitamin, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall vitality. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. The packaging was secure on the inside and out. The pill size is a manageable size and does not have a weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it's formulated for both women and men, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to boost their nutrient intake.

I've been taking them a few weeks now, it's too early to really tell & I haven't had any bloodwork done, but so far I notice that I feel more alert and productive in the mornings. It's not something I thought about before I took them, I just felt it. The bad is.. they smell.. really.. really awful. However, they do go down very quick and easy and since you take them with food I just quickly follow with my breakfast and I don't really notice the smell anymore, or it's just short-lived and to me the fact that they are vegan and have the nutrients I need, it's worth a few seconds of displeasure.

I've tried other Multivitamins before. One-a-day for men is better than nothing, but it always gave me a very synthetic kind of feeling and doesn't provide nearly any of the other benefits that these Wholefoods Multivitamins do. Being that these Wholefoods Multivitamins use a blend of dehydrated fruits, vegetables, roots, and mushrooms, I get a much more natural energy boost from them. I'm very glad they offer both iron and no iron versions. Another crucial benefit for me is pre and probiotics + papaya, which help the gut microbiome. Since I am lactose intolerant, these multivitamins allow me to have dairy with NO ISSUES. Lastly, these multivitamins include great benefits for the skin with omega fatty acids and turmeric, (which turmeric also has a TON of other health benefits too). The 90 count was a little small since it is suggested to take 3 per day (which is a month supply) but I LOVE that they offer a 180 count bottle and the price is VERY reasonable for the quality you get here. Working with their customer service was also a joy when I had an issue with one of the bottles (that was the only issue I've ever had after purchasing these for a few years now). They were very prompt, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond with their help. (Thanks Jen!)

This is an excellent multivitamin. However, the amount of vitamin D in this vitamin caused problems for me. My vitamin D levels elevated too much. I had to discontinue use of the vitamin and find one that had a lower dose of vitamin D. Not everyone should have that much vitamin D on a daily basis. Some may need that much but others do not. Unless you are getting your bloodwork done on a regular basis, you would not realize you had a problem until symptoms of elevated vitamin D starting impacting you.

Gives me a boost

I think they're average for multivitamins, but i switched from another brand due to their disagreeable odor, and, unfortunately, these vitamins have the same odor. This is just generic multivitamin odor, nothing more, but it is off putting.

Checks off the important boxes for 50+ women’s health without the exorbitant cost. Made the USA. Easy on the tummy. The pill isn’t so big that it gets stuck in my throat. 100% of important nutrients plus superfoods, digestive enzymes, and probiotics.

I feel so much better after taking these. Truly effective and great ingredients. It’s honestly made a positive difference in my life and how I feel. Great value for how much it costs. That being said, they ARE difficult to stomach a bit. You can taste and smell them and it’s a bit difficult to stomach that flavor, for me. The thing that I don’t like….it says that it’s a month’s worth. They’re not. I take the appropriate serving size and it runs out a week earlier than what’s advertised.
