Very adorable skirt, the fabric is high quality, it’s super comfy, and it stays on well throughout the day. It’s light so you can make it work for different temperatures, I added a petticoat for warmth and some cute floof since it’s still winter where I am.As for sizing, I recommend sizing down. The shirring at the sides bulges unflattering if it isn’t stretched. I sized up from small to medium because I wanted longer straps to accomodate my bust, and I don’t think I needed to. The straps are SUPER far apart, they accomodate shoulders slightly wider than the average woman’s, and since I have slightly narrow shoulders thanks to being small framed/short, I do have issues with them slipping. If this could be an issue for you as well, definitely size down.I’ll be fixing the shirring issue on my own skirt by sewing in some sturdy fabric plastic bands to keep it down, but otherwise I think I’ll be coming back to buy more in smaller sizes once I get paid.

I absolutely love this little black dress!! I wear it all the time. I love its length, how it feels, stretches, flows and moves with me. It’s fun, comfortable, sexy and versatile for any occasion! It’s short enough to be sexy without being too short at the same time. I can’t recommend it enough!

5'1" 155# Ordered LargeI love how it fits on my body. Hugs against my ribs and flares out over my stomach and makes my booty look more plump. It's pretty short, so I would only this for a hot date. Gave it 4 stars because the fabric won't last more than 6 wears. Would buy more if the fabric quality was better.

I love the fix of this little dress so much. It looks so good on. The material is perfect. The fabric is not tick at all.

Update after the green velvet and regular red one came in...I didn't realized the red wine color one would be a different material. To be honest...very disappointed. But that is just a preference for me I guess. Both the velvety green and the regular red one is very very stretchy. With plenty of room to spare. I ACTUALLY prefer the black one with close to no stretch because it gives a nicer shape to the dress...the stretchy material makes it less as flattering. But the cut of the dress and quality is still the same. So I won't change the rating.....I did decide to keep the red one and see if I can alter it a bit myself ( by adding a tighter elastic band to the top of the skirt) good luck everyone!( Black one )Ok first of. This is NOT a stretchy material...but I AM a very big girl.This item has a very nice cut to it. The material is thin but not see through. Very sturdy zipper in the back. In my opinion, very good quality for the price.Again probably 56in around the belly button and about 46 under the boobs.Ideally, if you are a couple of inches smaller, this would be a really good fit. For me..its riding up a lil when I move because I am so big. But I think it looks great for all body size. And yes..this is mid thigh length. The back is slightly longer. Which is good because then your butt won't be shower :) amazing dress. I just bought 2 more. Lol let's see how the others fit.

Update: Wouldn't recommend. The left strap came undone from the skirt on the front and back. I've only worn the skirt for one day and it's already falling apart. So sad. I have contacted the seller, I'm wondering if mine might be defective. I didn't tighten the straps much and was really careful with the skirt. So disappointed since the skirt is so cute.Review before strap came undone: This skirt is so cute! Super flattering and easy to style. I tried it on with just a t-shirt right away and it looked great! Dress it up or down if ya want!I'm 5'3" and about 225lbs, and I got the XX-large. Fits perfectly!The skirt is just a tad short on me, so I wouldn't recommend it to taller gals, unless that's what you're goin' for, no judgement lol.This is a total staple in my closet now.My only complaints: 1) The straps slide down a bit over time, even when tightened comfortably. This could be the shape of my shoulders, but thought I should mention it!2) The zipper doesn't have a clasp at the top so I just put the skirt on backwards, zip it up, then twist. No problems with the zipper coming undone, but a clasp would make getting it on much easier!I can't help but think how absolutely PERFECT it'd be if this skirt had pockets. A girl can dream, right?Shipping took a couple weeks, it was so worth it!Highly, highly recommend!

Its actually really well-made! I like the fabric, which is smooth and a little stretchy but actually pretty heavy fabric. I haven't closely inspected it, but the seamwork looks to be neat/straight and no loosethreads. Zipper is nice and neat and zips smoothly. I did notice the rings that connect the straps to the skirt at the back are plastic and dont seam very durable, yet they did arrive and remain intact. The length is just right for me and doesnt feel like i have to worry about giving a free peep show to any bystanders. Its totally adorable, or sexy whichever look youre going for on any given day, its actually extremely versatile! The only thing is, i wish it fit just a little bit tighter at my waist, but its honestly just as i expected it to be, if anything its tighter than i expected. Just still a tiny bit loose. Most things, even when I AM able to purchase an x-small or size 0, still end up loose on me. For reference im 5'3" and bounce back and forth between 102-110lbs with a 25" waist (not proud btw, used to be 140lbs steadily for years, and i miss my curves. Skinny is not all its cracked up to be.) All in all i really love it and think i may purchase one in burgundy and maybe even another black just in case anything happens to this one or they aren't around later on.
