OK for single use
I've found these good to have with me for kids and adults when eating out. A bit flimsy but stop wet spills!

Difficult bibs
Initially I thought these were good but I'm not so sure now. They are difficult to tie on someone who is unable to move easily and taking them off is dissicult without leaving the tie bit around the patients neck. It then becomes like a noose.
