These knives feel good in my hand and are easy to use. Be careful, they're really sharp!

Strong, sharp blade. Balanced so well, you can throw it. Holds an edge well. Perfect for skinning and boning large game. I minced a carrot just to check edge retention and it was still very sharp but the blade is a bit thick for fine work and if you are going to use it all day, it may get heavy. The full tang and triple pinned oak handle make it very sturdy. After boning and trimming a leg of lamb, I used my Japanese ceramic sharpener and it's sharper now than out of the box ;p I haven't seen another knife of this quality at this price point.

These knives are beautiful and extremely sharp when new. Everyone who uses them compliments them. After about four uses, they dulled for me, but I have a knife sharpener on hand and have been able to get them back to their original sharpness without problems. Highly recommend if you are comfortable sharpening knives yourself. These DO NOT go in a dishwasher and must be dried right after washing them.

I was pretty curious about the knife when I first saw it. I’m always looking for fun little knives that I can use either in the restaurant, house or out camping or at the cabin. Product came as ordered and as advertised. Out of the box the knife is pretty sharp and has a good edge to it. It holds really nice in the hand. I am a fan of the knife holder they can attach to a belt. The only real downside I can see is the handle is thin and the knife is a little on the heavier side for what I would use in a kitchen. But For Home use the is a fun little blade.

I like the form and feel. I was very disappointed it didn’t come out of the box all that sharp. Wouldn’t shave hair. Wish I would have checked before taking it to hunting camp.

By far the "Best kinfe I ever owned" that's what my Mother that is 69 years old with so much cooking experience and has tried 100's of different knifes so that's saying a lot coming from her,she loves how sharp it is and stays & it's very comfortable to use with the added beauty of the utensil that gave it that cutting edge (no pun intended)

Very sharp blade out of the box. Really holds it's sharpness.i use it every day. The wood on the handle is poorly finished.

The ads do not reflect reality. Knife isn't sharp at all, hardly cut (roughly) the box it was shipped in. I don't recommend
