No need for another expensive appliance. Your Nutribullet and this recipe book is a deadly and delicious combination
With two teenage boys..it is always hard to find dishes that they like and yet healthy. Their food group is bacon and fries. But I have noticed they love soups. Any kind of soup. So I started a regime of having soup for dinner. You can put several vegetables in it without they even knowing it is there. So when I was given the offer to review this book, I jumped at the opportunity. Stephanie is great as the instructions are clear and easy to make. So far my boys love the Creamy Tomato and Carrot Soup and I love the Lettuce Soup. This is a great cookbook because I can use the Nutribullet to make the soups. No need for another expensive appliance. As a busy mother, this is very helpful for me You can look forward to recipes on weight loss, detox, antiaging. The only downside is that there are no pictures. I am not such a great cook...lol Actually I have had several "disaster dishes", but like I tell my family...because you love me you will eat it. Yes, but pictures would have been a great help for me. Overall it is an excellent recipe book

Good, Basic Soup Recipes
This is a simple recipe book with good nutritional information and interesting recipes. I made three of the soups and they were easy and delicious. The chapters of recipes are listed according to health benefits, e.g. Healthy Heart, Detoxification, Healthy Skin, etc. My only regret is the author doesn't explain what it is about the soups that make them fit each category. A brief explanation at the beginning of each chapter outlining the reasons and ingredients would be more helpful. Otherwise, a good go-to cookbook for quick, healthy soups.Thank you to the author for this free Goodreads GiveAway.

Shaw starts by teaching why homemade soups are good for you and teaches the nutritional benefits of ingredients ...
Nutribullet Soup Recipe Book by Stephanie Shaw is much more than a recipe book. Ms. Shaw starts by teaching why homemade soups are good for you and teaches the nutritional benefits of ingredients used in the soup recipes. This is valuable information that can transfer to other recipes and menu planning. I have made three (3) recipes in the first week of receiving my book from Amazon: Sweet Potato and White Kidney Bean Soup; Cheddar, Cannellini Bean and Broccoli Soup; and Minestrone Soup. The recipes are easy to follow and the soups are delicious and filling. I could taste the freshness of these homemade soups over canned soups – what a difference! I have the ingredients for the next few soups that I will be trying and I am really looking forward to trying Cold Summer Berry Soup when the berries are in season. I will be recommending this book to my friends.

Something is not right!!
When you eat a soup with beans it usually has quite a lot of them in there! These recipes, that serve 2, only uses 1-2 tbsp of dried beans!! 🤯🤦🏻♀️ so why is it a bean soup if there’s only like 10 in there! Returning this book!!
