Easy and delicious way to get your daily dose of Vitamin A!

This vitamin is very good and it help for skin and hair and eyes try it you really love it

I decided to give this a try since I have older eyes and have blurred vision without glasses. I don't know if they help or not, but the taste is hard getting used to. I have chewable vitamin B12 that is sweeter, so I take these with the B12 together for taste.

I had read on some random blog that some lady said vitamin A helped the ringing in her ears. I already take tons of supplements and I took a multivitamin with vitamin A in it but I decided to try these too. Over the last year I’ve been on so many supplements that sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s doing what. I do feel better with a lot of my other autoimmune issues, but I can tell you right now at this point anytime I go off these melts my ear ringing comes back really loud. I also use a magnesium lotion on my neck as I believe my neck issues may have something to do with my ear ringing. But the lotion alone doesn’t keep it quiet. Part of the problem with tinnitus is that it’s coming from a lot of different issues so not one thing works for everybody. So if you believe you have your ringing from maybe a neck injury or even if you have it and you don’t know why you have it I would absolutely recommend giving this a shot. There’s now no doubt in my mind that these are the thing that is taking down the noise in my ears. And again I already took a multivitamin so I’m taking a double dose of the stuff and I take flaxseed oil to make sure that it’s clinging to the fat and doing what it supposed to do. I read what the maximum human amount of vitamin A is before it’s toxic and that’s exactly what I’m taking with taking one of these and also my multi vitamin with A in it. I don’t have any of the listed symptoms of toxic A overload and I’ve been taking these for almost a year now. Ringing in your ears it’s so frustrating and I know everybody’s trying everything. I have to say the B vitamins have done absolutely nothing for my ringing, I don’t know why they say B B B? Is anyone out there actually having tinnitus just go away from vitamin B? Not me, but if so good for you. If not, try these. If you don’t already have a multivitamin you need to take two of these a day. Of course ask your doctor... I don’t know what your health situation is and I’m not a doctor. Wish I could find that random blog to thank that lady I would’ve never thought that this would help but somehow it is.

I had prk surgery on my eyes, and that left me with extreme dryness. I used to have to sleep with a bottle of eye drops under my pillow because my eyelids would stick to my eyes while I slept! I started taking Vitamin A, and I haven’t needed eye drops after the first week. I know it’s the vitamin A because I got cocky and stopped taking it, and the dry eye returned immediately. I started out taking another Vitamin A supplement, but I read online that the amount people should take daily is less than what the other was, so I switched to this one, and it’s as effective on dry eye as a higher dose. I’d imagine this will help anyone who had Lasix as well.
